New Job

An engraved business card holder, a desk organizer with a charging station, a crystal achievement award or a wine box for the congratulations bottle. This category holds 122 such pieces, most of them engraved with a name, initials or a job title.

Something that goes straight onto an empty desk: a business card holder or card case, a pen and phone organizer, an executive note pad holder or a paperweight. All of them can carry the employee's name so the desk is theirs from the start.

They are engraved or personalized in-house by HansonEllis, in business since 1999. Add the name, initials, job title or a short message in the personalization field on the product page before checkout.

Yes. Order the full quantity, then email the list of names and titles to [email protected] after ordering so it can be matched to your order.

No. There is no minimum order, so a single gift for one new hire and a batch for a whole onboarding class are both possible.

Logos are handled by custom order. Email a vector file (.eps, .ai, .cdr, .pdf or .svg) or a high-resolution image to [email protected]. A logo setup fee applies and not every logo can be reproduced on every surface.

Standard production is 5–10 business days plus 2–5 days US shipping. Rush production is 3–5 days and expedite is 1–3 days if the start date is close.

Yes. Proofs are optional on request for a $35-55 service fee per proof and add days to production. Changes after a proof carry a $40 minimum updating fee, so check the spelling of names and titles. Customer Support is on 310-878-9429.

International shipping is by request. The cart calculates US shipping only and international orders cannot be rushed, so email [email protected] for a quote and allow extra time.

Personalized gifts are made to order and are final sale unless defective, which is why the spelling is worth checking twice. Non-personalized items can be returned within 14 days. All orders ship insured by UPS, FedEx or USPS with tracking emailed to you.
