Yes. Proofs are optional on request for a $35-55 service fee per proof, and a proof adds days to production — worth planning for in a February deadline. Personalized gifts are made to order and are final sale unless defective. Non-personalized items can be returned within 14 days. Orders ship insured by UPS, FedEx or USPS with tracking emailed to you.
