Can I see a proof before the journals are personalized?
Yes. Proofs are optional on request for a $35-55 service fee per proof, and a proof adds days to production. Changes after a proof carry a $40 minimum updating fee, so confirm spelling first or call Customer Support at 310-878-9429.
Do you ship personalized journals internationally?
International shipping is by request. The cart calculates US shipping only and international orders cannot be rushed, so email [email protected] for a quote. US orders ship insured by UPS, FedEx or USPS with tracking emailed to you.
Can I return a personalized notebook or portfolio?
