An optional proof is available on request for a $35-55 service fee per proof, and it adds days to production. Changes after a proof carry a $40 minimum updating fee, so check spelling, names and the date carefully.
How long does a custom banner take?
Standard production is 5–10 business days, then 2–5 days US shipping. Rush production of 3–5 days and expedite of 1–3 days are available. For a wedding, order 3–6 months ahead so the banner is in hand well before the day.
Can a backdrop banner be shipped outside the US?
International shipping is by request. The cart calculates US shipping only and international orders cannot be rushed, so email [email protected] for a quote and allow extra time.
Can I return a custom printed banner?
Personalized banners are printed to order and are final sale unless defective. Non-personalized items can be returned within 14 days. Orders ship insured by UPS, FedEx or USPS with tracking emailed to you.
