They are engraved in-house by HansonEllis, which has done this work since 1999. Enter the name, date or short message in the personalization field on the product page. Items listed as frame only or sailboat only are supplied plain, so check the listing before ordering.

It varies by piece, and each listing gives the size it holds. Several items, including the silver modern finish frame, the wood photo frame keepsake box and the leather, wood and bamboo photo albums, are made for a 4" x 6" photograph.

Yes. Order the full quantity first, then email your list of names to [email protected] after ordering so it can be matched to your order. This is how frames are used as place cards or as named staff awards.

No. There is no minimum order. You can engrave a single frame as a gift, or order enough for every seat at a reception.

Logos are handled by custom order. Send a vector file (.eps, .ai, .cdr, .pdf or .svg) or a high-resolution image to [email protected]. A logo setup fee applies and not every logo can be reproduced on every surface.

Standard production is 5–10 business days, rush is 3–5 and expedite is 1–3, plus 2–5 days shipping in the US. Order 3–6 months ahead if the frames are part of a wedding.

Yes. Proofs are optional on request for a $35-55 service fee per proof, and a proof adds days to production. Changes after a proof carry a $40 minimum updating fee, so confirm spelling and dates first. Ask in the order notes or call Customer Support at 310-878-9429.

Engraved frames are made to order and are final sale unless defective. Non-personalized frames can be returned within 14 days. Orders ship insured by UPS, FedEx or USPS with tracking emailed to you, and international shipping is by request at [email protected].
