How to choose
There are 27 pieces in Pens + USB Storage Flash Drives. The quickest way to narrow them is to decide whether the gift is the pen itself, the desk piece it sits in, or an award that gets presented.
| A single engraved pen | Choose the Engraved Eco Friendly Bamboo Ballpoint Pen or the Corporate Rosewood Pen with Wooden Gift Box when one name on one gift is the whole job, and it has to ship or be handed over as it comes. |
|---|---|
| A pen gift box set | Choose the Rosewood Pen & Mechanical Pen Gift Box Set when the occasion deserves two writing instruments presented together rather than a single pen. |
| A crystal desk name plate and pen set | Choose the Crystal Office Globe Name Plate & Silver Pen Set when the person's name and title should stay on the desk long after the day it was given. |
| A sports desk set | Choose the soccer ball, basketball, football or pro baseball Crystal Desk Name Plate Paper Weight and Pen Desk Stand Set for a coach, a player or a sponsor, so the sport is part of the gift. |
| A pen holder award | Choose the maple wood baseball bat award or the Rosewood Football Pen Holder Sports Achievement Award when the piece is presented at a banquet and needs to look like an award on the table. |
Ordering Pens + USB Storage Flash Drives for weddings and events
Pens and desk sets are ordered in quantity for corporate gifting, banquets and end-of-season awards, and there is no minimum order, so you can match the exact number of recipients rather than buying fixed packs. Order the total quantity first; if pieces should carry different names — one per employee, one per player — email your list to [email protected] after ordering so it can be matched to your order. A company logo is handled by custom order: send a vector file (.eps, .ai, .cdr, .pdf or .svg) or a high-resolution image to [email protected]; a logo setup fee applies and not every logo can be reproduced. Standard production is 5–10 business days, rush 3–5 and expedite 1–3, plus 2–5 days US shipping. Order 3–6 months ahead if the pens are bridal party gifts. Questions shoppers ask about Pens + USB Storage Flash Drives
What is in the Pens + USB Storage Flash Drives category?
It is the personalized writing and desk gift category at HansonEllis, with 27 pieces. Among them are an engraved bamboo ballpoint pen, a corporate rosewood pen with a wooden gift box, a rosewood and mechanical pen gift box set, crystal desk name plate and pen stand sets in office globe and sports designs, a metal dice clock and pen holder set, and maple and rosewood pen holder sports awards.
How are the pens and desk sets personalized?
They are personalized in-house by HansonEllis, which has been doing this since 1999. Enter the name, title, date or short message in the personalization field on the product page you choose, and it is applied before the piece ships.
Is there a minimum order on personalized pens?
No. There is no minimum order, so you can buy a single pen for one person or order by the department, team or guest list without meeting a pack size.
Can each pen carry a different name?
Yes. Order the full quantity, then email your list of names to [email protected] after ordering so it can be matched to your order. This is how companies do one pen per employee and how coaches do one award per player.
Can you put our company logo on a pen or desk set?
A logo is handled by custom order. Send a vector file (.eps, .ai, .cdr, .pdf or .svg) or a high-resolution image to [email protected]. A logo setup fee applies, and not every logo can be reproduced, so send the artwork before you plan the order.
How long do personalized pens take to arrive?
Standard production is 5–10 business days, with rush at 3–5 days and expedite at 1–3 days, plus 2–5 days shipping in the US. Order early for a banquet, a conference or an award night so the date is not the deciding factor.
Can I see a proof before my pens are personalized?
Yes. Proofs are optional on request for a $35-55 service fee per proof, and a proof adds days to production. Changes after a proof carry a $40 minimum updating fee, so check spelling, titles and dates first. Ask in the order notes or call Customer Support at 310-878-9429.
Which pen gift works best for a corporate award?
The crystal desk name plate and pen stand sets and the pen holder awards in maple and rosewood are the pieces that read as an award on a banquet table. A rosewood pen in a wooden gift box suits a thank-you that is handed over quietly rather than presented on stage.
Do you ship personalized pens outside the US?
International shipping is by request. The cart calculates US shipping only and international orders cannot be rushed, so email [email protected] for a quote and allow extra time.
Can I return a personalized pen or desk set?
Personalized pieces are made to order and are final sale unless defective. Non-personalized items can be returned within 14 days. Orders ship insured by UPS, FedEx or USPS with tracking emailed to you.
