Yes. Order the full quantity, then email your list of names to [email protected] after ordering so it can be matched to your order. This is how groups handle a gift for every mother at a luncheon or breakfast.

Three to four weeks ahead is safest, because May is the busiest period for this category. Standard production is 5–10 business days, then 2–5 days shipping in the US; rush (3–5 days) and expedite (1–3 days) production are available if you are close to the date.

The same category works for both. A photo frame keepsake box, a mirrored trinket box or an etched jade stone reads as a keepsake, while a cutting board, tote bag or travel tumbler reads as something practical.

Yes, by custom order. Email a vector file (.eps, .ai, .cdr, .pdf or .svg) or a high-resolution image to [email protected]. A logo setup fee applies and not every logo can be reproduced on every item.

Yes. Proofs are optional on request for a $35-55 service fee per proof, and a proof adds days to production. Changes after a proof carry a $40 minimum updating fee, so check spelling and dates first. Ask in the order notes or call Customer Support at 310-878-9429.

International shipping is by request. The shopping cart calculates US shipping only and international orders cannot be rushed, so email [email protected] for a quote and allow extra time.

Personalized gifts are made to order and are final sale unless defective. Non-personalized items can be returned within 14 days. Every order ships insured by UPS, FedEx or USPS with tracking emailed to you.
