Ornaments are ordered by the guest count for weddings, holiday parties, company gifting and church events, and there is no minimum order, so you can match your list exactly instead of buying fixed packs. A company logo is handled by custom order: send a vector file (.eps, .ai, .cdr, .pdf or .svg) or a high-resolution image to [email protected]; a logo setup fee applies and not every logo can be reproduced. When should I order Christmas ornaments so they arrive in time?

Do you ship personalized ornaments outside the US?
International shipping is by request. The cart calculates US shipping only and international orders cannot be rushed, so email [email protected] for a quote and allow extra time.
Can I return a personalized ornament?
Personalized ornaments are made to order and are final sale unless defective. Non-personalized items can be returned within 14 days. Orders ship insured by UPS, FedEx or USPS with tracking emailed to you.
