Coach Awards

It is an engraved gift a team, booster club or athletic department gives a coach, usually at an end-of-season banquet. In this category that means crystal desk name plate and pen sets with a baseball, football, basketball, soccer ball or golf ball, sport-themed desk clocks, bamboo cutting boards, crystal achievement awards, trophy pieces such as the First Place Trophy Award Winner and the Crystal Top Performance World Trophy Cup, and a maple wood baseball bat pen award. There are 65 pieces to choose from.

Mostly they are desk and keepsake pieces, with a small selection of trophy shapes alongside them: the First Place Trophy Award Winner and the Crystal Top Performance World Trophy Cup. The rest are name plate and pen sets, desk clocks, crystal awards, a crystal plaque award and cutting boards, which sit on a coach's desk or at home and hold a longer engraving than a trophy plate does.

The coach's name, the sport, the season or year, and the team or school name. Many teams add a short line such as a record or a championship. Enter the text in the personalization field on the product page and keep it short on smaller pieces like a mini desk clock.

Yes, and it is the most common way this category is ordered. There is no minimum order, so pick a larger crystal award for the head coach and repeat a smaller piece for each assistant. Email the list of names to [email protected] after ordering so each one is engraved individually.

Yes. The crystal desk name plate paper weight and pen desk stand sets come with a pro baseball, football, basketball, soccer ball or golf ball. There is also a basketball court clock, a golf cart clock, a football bamboo cutting board and a maple wood baseball bat pen award.

Yes, by custom order. Email a vector file (.eps, .ai, .cdr, .pdf or .svg) or a high-resolution image to [email protected]. A logo setup fee applies and not every crest can be reproduced on every surface, so send the artwork before the banquet date is fixed.

Allow about three weeks. Standard production is 5–10 business days plus 2–5 days of US shipping. Rush production (3–5 days) and expedite (1–3 days) are available at checkout if the season ran long or the banquet date moved.

Yes. Proofs are optional on request for a $35-55 service fee per proof, and a proof adds days to production. Changes after a proof carry a $40 minimum updating fee, so confirm the spelling of the coach's name and the season first. Call Customer Support at 310-878-9429 with questions.

Engraved awards are made to order and are final sale unless defective. Non-personalized items can be returned within 14 days. Orders ship insured by UPS, FedEx or USPS with tracking emailed to you.
