New Beginnings Crystal Egg Achievement Award
Show that hard-working employee that you genuinely think is a good egg. Our refined Crystal Egg Award is the perfect thing to present to your shining star. This remarkable crystal piece is composed of crystal facets that are shaped into half an egg, and each cut captures the surrounding light to give off an amazing display of color. Personalize the egg to immortalize that special moment in time or major accomplishment. These refined gifts look amazing on any desk.
An egg is the oldest symbol there is for something beginning, which is why the New Beginnings Crystal Egg Achievement Award reads so well for the moments a plaque cannot quite carry: a promotion, a first year survived, a territory won, a team that shipped the impossible thing, a colleague starting over somewhere new. The engraving is done in-house by HansonEllis, in business since 1999, so a name, a year or a few words of thanks are cut into the crystal and stay there.
These stunning Crystal Egg Awards make a perfect gift for anyone with refined tastes. Eggs of all designs have often become collector's items, and this one will be no different. Engrave the name of a special friend on it and give it as a lasting keepsake. The sleek and elegant design of our Crystal Egg Award makes it the ideal display piece: add it to a collection of other crystal items, or make it the cornerstone of a new hobby, and play up the egg theme by designing a collection of other egg-shaped crystal pieces to match it.
Our beautiful Crystal Egg Award is a whimsical way to show someone you care. Let them know how much you think of them by giving them one of these on their next birthday or holiday event. Consider placing one in an Easter Basket surrounded with other fine crystal items to enhance the beauty of the crystal creation. At an approximate 2.4"H x 2"W it takes almost no space on a shelf or a desk, and it still stops the eye when the afternoon sun reaches it. Our Crystal Egg Award will add pizzazz to any occasion.

Which one should I choose
Choosing a recognition gift usually comes down to how much room it takes and how long it stays on display.
| New Beginnings Crystal Egg Achievement Award | Choose it when the award should live on a desk, catch the light every day and carry a name, a title and a year in the crystal. |
|---|---|
| A large engraved trophy or plaque | Choose it when the award is for a wall or a lobby cabinet rather than a personal desk, and the size itself is part of the statement. |
| A printed certificate or card | Choose it when the recognition is routine; it will not sit out as an object or become the collector's piece a crystal egg can be. |
For personal recognition that stays in view instead of in a drawer, the New Beginnings Crystal Egg Achievement Award is the pick.
