Allow at least three weeks. Standard production is 5–10 business days plus 2–5 days of US shipping, and lists of names often arrive late. Rush production (3–5 days) and expedite (1–3 days) are available if the ceremony date moves up.

Yes, by custom order. Email a vector file (.eps, .ai, .cdr, .pdf or .svg) or a high-resolution image to [email protected]. A logo setup fee applies and not every crest can be reproduced, so send the artwork before the ceremony date is set.

Yes. Proofs are optional on request for a $35-55 service fee per proof, and a proof adds days to production. Changes after a proof carry a $40 minimum updating fee, so check every student name against your list first. Call Customer Support at 310-878-9429 with questions.

Engraved awards are made to order and are final sale unless defective, so the name list is the thing to check twice. Non-personalized items can be returned within 14 days. Orders ship insured by UPS, FedEx or USPS with tracking emailed to you.
