Crystal Desk Name Plate Leadership Globe Award Paper Weight and Desk Pen Stand Set
This elegant executive pen set can be displayed in your office for many years to come. That is the quiet advantage it has over a plaque. A plaque goes on a wall, gets walked past, and is eventually taken down when the office is repainted. A crystal pen stand with a globe rising out of it sits within arm's reach of the person you are honoring, gets touched every day, and holds the desk together.
The piece is cut from clear crystal, approximately 7"L x 3.25"W, with the world globe at its center catching whatever light the room has. Crystal does something no printed certificate can do: it changes through the day. In the morning it throws a line of light across the desk, in the afternoon it holds the color of the window behind it, and the globe reads as depth rather than decoration. It is heavy enough to sit as a paper weight, shaped to serve as a desk pen stand, and finished cleanly enough to stand as a name plate and a leadership award in the same object.
Have it personalized to commemorate a special occasion or to honor the best players in your team. One line of up to 24 characters is exactly the right constraint for the things worth saying on a desk: a name and a title, a season and an award, a number of years and the word that goes with them. Short wording reads better on crystal anyway, and it keeps the piece looking like an executive accessory rather than a trophy.
HansonEllis personalizes the Crystal Globe Pen Desk Stand Set in-house and has been personalizing gifts since 1999, so the line sits straight and centered on every piece, whether you are ordering one for a retiring director or a dozen for an awards night. It works as readily for a coach handing out the season's honors as for a board recognizing a president, which is why the same piece shows up on desks in locker rooms and corner offices alike.
Add your personalization above, choose your quantity, and give an award that earns its space on the desk.

Which one should I choose
Buyers choosing an executive recognition gift usually weigh a crystal desk set against a wall plaque or a standalone trophy.
| Crystal Globe Award Paper Weight and Desk Pen Stand Set | Choose it when the honor should stay in daily use: a crystal name plate, award, paper weight and pen stand in one piece, personalized with a single line. |
|---|---|
| A wall plaque | Choose it when the recognition belongs in a lobby or hallway for everyone to see rather than on the recipient's own desk. |
| A standalone trophy or award figure | Choose it for a ceremony centerpiece; it makes a bigger moment on stage but does nothing useful afterward. |
For an individual you want to honor and keep honoring, the crystal desk set wins, because it is the award they use every working day.
