How long do personalized accessories take?
Standard production is 5–10 business days, rush is 3–5 and expedite is 1–3, plus 2–5 days shipping in the US. For a wedding party, order 3–6 months ahead of the date.
Can I see a proof of the engraving?

Do you ship accessories outside the US?
International shipping is by request. The cart calculates US shipping only and international orders cannot be rushed, so email [email protected] for a quote. US orders ship insured by UPS, FedEx or USPS with tracking emailed to you.
Can I return a personalized accessory?
Personalized accessories are made to order and are final sale unless defective. Non-personalized items can be returned within 14 days.
