Yes. HansonEllis personalizes this item in-house in California — enter your names, date, monogram or message on the product page exactly as you want it to appear (upper/lower case, punctuation). Company logos can be added on most items; send a vector file (.ai, .eps, .svg or .pdf) for a quote.

How long does it take to make and ship?

Standard production is 5-10 business days, Rush is 3-5 and Expedite is 1-3, plus 2-5 business days of US transit by UPS, FedEx or USPS. Call 310-878-9429 if you need it by a specific date.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

There is no minimum on most engravable and personalized items, and the product page shows bulk price breaks for larger wedding, event and corporate orders. Up to 3 samples can be ordered first.

Can I return a personalized item?

Personalized and made-to-order items are final sale unless defective (defective items are exchanged or credited). Non-personalized items can be returned within 14 days in original packaging with an RMA number from 310-878-9429.
