8GB USB Stainless Steel Key Flash Drive*

• Corporate and client gifts hand them out at a conference or sales meeting with your company name engraved into the steel.
• Graduation the class year on the key, with the portfolio, thesis and reference letters already loaded inside.
• Retirement the years of service engraved on the key and photographs from the whole career on the drive.
• Father's Day for the dad who is forever hunting for a file, engraved with his name rather than a nickname.
• Christmas a keyring gift for colleagues and clients that gets used all year instead of shelved.
• Birthdays load it with photos and music before you wrap it, so the gift is opened twice.
• Weddings deliver the wedding film and the full photo gallery on an engraved key instead of a link that expires.
• Housewarming a key that is not for the door, carrying the paperwork, manuals and photos for the new place.
• Best friend their initials on the key and years of shared photographs waiting on the drive.
• Anniversaries both names engraved on the steel, with every photograph from the years together loaded inside.

Care and use

• Plug and play technology, compatible with Windows XP or above and Mac OSX or higher, so no driver disc or download is needed.
• The drive is RoHS compliant.
• It holds 8GB, so plan the gift around one gallery, film, portfolio or document set and keep your own copy of anything irreplaceable.
• At 2.625" long it is built to ride on a keyring alongside your other keys.

1. Type your engraving text into the personalization field on this page, one line of up to 12 characters, counting spaces and punctuation.
2. Set your quantity. If each key needs a different name, order the full quantity and email your list to [email protected] after ordering so it can be matched to your order.
3. HansonEllis engraves the steel in-house, then the drives ship insured by UPS, FedEx or USPS with tracking emailed to you.

• A first name or set of initials, so the key is obviously theirs the moment it lands on the ring.
• A class year for a graduate, with the thesis, portfolio and reference letters already loaded on the drive.
• A company name for client gifts, with the catalog, price sheet and contact card waiting inside.
• Both names for a wedding gift, and the ceremony film and full photo gallery on the drive instead of a link.
• The years of service for a retirement, with photographs and messages from the whole team loaded before you wrap it.

The real choice here is between a drive that gets carried and one that gets lost, and between a gift that is only hardware and one that already holds something worth keeping.

If the drive is meant to be kept and carried every day, the engraved steel key is the whole point; keep the plain plastic option for giveaways nobody will remember.

Ordering the 8GB USB Stainless Steel Key Flash Drive for a conference, a sales meeting, a graduation class or a wedding is straightforward. There is no minimum, so order a single key or one for every attendee. If each drive needs a different name, order the full quantity and email your list to [email protected] after ordering so it can be matched to your order. Company logos are handled as a custom order: send a vector file (.eps, .ai, .cdr, .pdf or .svg) or a high-resolution image to [email protected], where a logo setup fee applies and not every logo can be engraved on a surface this small. Standard production is 5–10 business days, rush 3–5 and expedite 1–3, plus 2–5 days US shipping; for a wedding, order 3–6 months ahead. For bulk pricing, please contact [email protected].
