You Rock! Personalized Natural Polished Stone Paper Weight Rock (Each)
There is a small joke in the gift and a real thank-you underneath it. Most recipients keep it on their desk for years. It holds down paper, it props open a notebook, and every time they pick it up it repeats the two words somebody meant.
The stone is naturally polished, so each one looks a little different and no two recipients get an identical one. The weight is the first thing people notice when it comes out of the box: this is a real rock, cool and smooth in the hand, not a resin copy of one. Choose the natural light gray and dark gray stone or the softer ivory and crème, and have the lettering done in black, metallic gold or metallic silver depending on how much you want it to catch the light against the stone.
You can engrave a name, the giver's first name, a date, or a one-line message, or skip the engraving and let the stone do the work alone. The engraving is done in-house by HansonEllis, which has been personalizing gifts since 1999, and it is cut into the surface of the stone rather than printed on top of it, so it will not scratch off in a desk drawer or fade on a sunny windowsill.
Given as a teacher thank-you, a coach appreciation token, an employee recognition gift, a send-off for a colleague leaving the team, or a small gift for the friend who showed up during a hard week. Themed engraving ideas: "You Rock, [Name]", "Thank You - Class of 2025", "Best Coach", or a single first name.
It is an unusual gift to give an adult, and that is exactly why it works. Nobody has three of these. It costs nothing to keep, takes up no room, and it says the thing people rarely say out loud to a teacher, a coach, a nurse or a colleague who carried the week. Sold each, so order one or one for every person on the list.
Add your engraving text above, choose your stone and your quantity, and tell them they rock.

Which one should I choose
Appreciation gifts usually come down to a card, a mug or something that stays on the desk.
| You Rock! Personalized Natural Polished Stone Paper Weight Rock | Choose it when you want the thank-you to last: a real polished stone engraved with a name or a short message that sits on their desk for years. |
|---|---|
| A thank-you card | Choose it when the message is long and personal; it says everything, then goes in a drawer. |
| A plain, unengraved paper weight | Choose it for desk use only; without the name and the two words it is office supply rather than a gift. |
For a teacher, a coach or a colleague you actually want to thank, the engraved stone is the one that is still on the desk next year.
