Can I see a proof of the engraving first?
Yes. Proofs are optional and available on request for a $35-55 service fee per proof, and a proof adds extra days to production. How long does it take?
Standard production is 5 to 10 business days, then 2 to 5 days shipping in the US. Rush (3 to 5 days) and expedite (1 to 3 days) production are available. For a wedding, order 3 to 6 months ahead when you can.
Do you ship internationally, and can I return it?
International shipping is by request, the cart calculates US shipping only and international orders cannot be rushed, so email [email protected]. Engraved items are made to order and final sale unless defective; a non-personalized box can be returned within 14 days.
