Standard production is 5 to 10 business days, then 2 to 5 days shipping in the US, with rush at 3 to 5 days and expedite at 1 to 3 days; for a wedding, order 3 to 6 months ahead. Personalized orders are made to order and final sale unless defective, while unpersonalized favors can be returned within 14 days.
