Proofs are optional and available on request for a $35-55 service fee per proof, and they add extra days to production. Changes after a proof carry a $40 minimum updating fee.
How long does an order take?
Standard production is 5 to 10 business days, rush is 3 to 5 and expedite is 1 to 3, plus 2 to 5 days US shipping. For a wedding, order 3 to 6 months ahead when you can.
Do you ship outside the United States?
International shipping is available by request. The cart calculates US shipping only, international orders cannot be rushed, and [email protected] will quote it for you.
Can I return extra shakers?
Personalized jars are made to order and are final sale unless defective. Jars ordered without the printed label can be returned within 14 days.
