Can I see a proof of the card first?

Can I return them, and can you ship to me overseas?
Personalized orders are made to order and final sale unless defective; unpersonalized items can be returned within 14 days. International orders are by request, as the cart calculates US shipping only and rush is not available internationally; email [email protected].
