Twice I have ordered engraved shot glasses for our girl's weekend. Everyone at Hanson Ellis have been very friendly and professional. I received my shot glasses in ample time and the engraving was beautiful! All my girlfriends were thrilled with their name and date of the event on their personalized shot glass. The customer service is impeccable! Thank you Hanson Ellis, you have a very satisfied customer!!

A wish for Quality Options

We ordered several of these as gifts for our extended family in the Czech Republic (great slivovice connoisseurs - one and all). The difficult Czech names we wanted were all done perfectly well (although letter accents weren't available) and thanks to Hanson Ellis customer support, our last minute order arrived just in time for our flight. They were a hit when we distributed them. The only downside (besides not having letter accents) was that the glass quality (made in China) could have been better. The price was great but we would have gladly paid more for a higher quality product. We wouldn't hesitate to order from Hanson Ellis in the future, but next time we hope that some good/better/best options are available for their products. With the expectation that these personalized gifts will last a lifetime, we should be capable of giving something for which the pride will last just as long.
