I love the chopsticks I ordered, the quality of the engraving far exceeded my expectations. The optional pouch is beautiful also, the only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars on review is simply because there is always room for improvement no matter how great your product and services are.

We are very happy with both the chopsticks AND the customer service!! We had to print many Chinese characters and were concerned that there would not be enough space. They actually took the extra step to peel off the stickers for us to do the engraving, to fit all the characters nicely on the chopsticks, and then put them all neatly back on. My parents and guests were all extremely satisfied with the quality!!! And the turnaround time was fast too. Will definitely order again for next occasion!! Highly recommend!!

Our beautiful engraved chopsticks were the PERFECT favors for our wedding in our favorite sushi restaurant. Everyone loved them. They arrived well-packaged and in plenty of time. Great value for the price, too- these are good quality chopsticks. What more can I say? 100% satisfied.
