Quality was perfect, only thing that upset me was that I had ordered the box to go with them and the box was backordered so they were going to wait until the box came in to send the chopsticks and box even though I had paid expedited shipping and I didn't receive anything contact on that up until I called because I noticed there hadn't been any movement on my order. Besides that, I received the chopsticks and the box and they are indeed perfect.

The majority of the boxes for the chopsticks were perfect and easily open/close. However, there were about 8-12 that were very difficult/impossible to open. I notified Hanson Ellis as soon as I received the items and tried to open them to make sure each was operational, and Hanson Ellis was fantastic in making sure replacements were sent to me immediately before I left for the reunion for which they were going to be given as souvenirs. Thank you for the quick response!!!

I purchased two different sets of chopsticks for family members who absolutely love them! I was concerned that the personalization would merely be painted on, but the names are etched/engraved, so the writing will not wear. I actually entered Chinese characters for one person's name when ordering, and the engraving came out spot on! Both he and I were quite pleased with the results!
