Yes. Proofs are optional and available on request for a $35-55 service fee per proof, and a proof adds extra days to production. Changes after a proof has been sent carry a $40 minimum updating fee, so check names and dates before ordering.
How long does it take to get an engraved bottle case?
Standard production is 5 to 10 business days, then 2 to 5 days shipping within the US. Rush (3 to 5 days) and expedite (1 to 3 days) production are available. For a wedding, order 3 to 6 months ahead when you can.
Do you ship outside the United States?
International shipping is by request. The shopping cart calculates US shipping only and international orders cannot be rushed, so email [email protected] for a quote.
Can I return a personalized bottle case?
Personalized items are made to order and are final sale unless defective. A case ordered without personalization can be returned within 14 days.
