How long does it take to get an engraved wine accessory case?
Standard production is 5 to 10 business days, then 2 to 5 days shipping within the US. Rush (3 to 5 days) and expedite (1 to 3 days) production are available. For a wedding, order 3 to 6 months ahead when you can.
Do you ship engraved wine cases outside the United States?
International shipping is by request. The shopping cart calculates US shipping only and international orders cannot be rushed, so email [email protected] for a quote.
Can I return an engraved wine case?
Personalized items are made to order and are final sale unless defective. A case ordered without personalization can be returned within 14 days.
