How long does an engraved order take?
Standard production is 5 to 10 business days plus 2 to 5 days US shipping, with rush (3 to 5 days) and expedite (1 to 3 days) available. For a wedding, order 3 to 6 months ahead when you can.
Do you ship outside the United States?
International shipping is by request. The shopping cart calculates US shipping only and international orders cannot be rushed, so email [email protected] for a quote.
Can I return an engraved jewelry box?
Personalized items are made to order and are final sale unless defective. A box ordered without personalization can be returned within 14 days.
