Can I see a proof before you engrave it?
Yes. Proofs are optional and available on request for a $35-55 service fee per proof, and a proof adds extra days to production. Changes after a proof has been sent carry a $40 minimum updating fee, so check your spelling before you order. Customer Support is at 310-878-9429.
How long does it take?
Standard production is 5 to 10 business days, then 2 to 5 days shipping in the US. Rush (3 to 5 business days) and expedite (1 to 3 business days) production are available. For a wedding, order 3 to 6 months ahead when you can.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping is available by request. The cart calculates US shipping only and international orders cannot be rushed, so email [email protected] for a quote.
Can I return an engraved keychain?
Personalized items are made to order and are final sale unless defective. A keychain ordered with No Personalization can be returned within 14 days.
