Care and use

• Crystal mirror glass on a solid silver base, so it belongs on a flat desk surface where the ball can catch and refract the light.
• The silver metal ball point pen stands on the base; returning it to the holder after use is what keeps the set looking like a display piece.
• At 7 inches tall it needs headroom under a shelf or monitor arm, so check the desk before ordering several for an office.
• The engraving is permanent, so confirm both 18-character lines, including titles and dates, before you order.

1. Type your engraving in the personalization field on this page: two lines of up to 18 characters each, counting spaces and punctuation.
2. Set your quantity. For a bridal party or an awards night, order the full quantity and email your list of names to [email protected] after ordering.
3. HansonEllis engraves each set in-house and ships it insured by UPS, FedEx or USPS with tracking emailed to you.

• A full name on line one and a title or role on line two.
• A recipient's name with "Top Achiever" and the year underneath.
• A groomsman's name and a short thank you from the couple.
• A graduate's name and their class year.
• A retiring colleague's name with the years of service they gave.

A desk gift is usually a choice between something that holds a pen and something that marks an occasion; this set is meant to do both.

For recognition someone actually keeps within reach, the engraved Crystal Ball Pen Holder Set does more work than a plaque and lasts longer than a pen.

For an awards night, a corporate event or a bridal party, the Crystal Ball Pen Holder Set is ordered one per recipient. There is no minimum, so order a single set or one for every top achiever in your organization. When each set needs its own name, order the full quantity and email your list to [email protected] after ordering, keeping every line within 18 characters. Company logos are a custom order: send a vector file (.eps, .ai, .cdr, .pdf or .svg) or a high-resolution image to [email protected], where a logo setup fee applies and not every logo can be engraved. Standard production is 5–10 business days, rush 3–5 and expedite 1–3, plus 2–5 days US shipping; for a wedding, order 3–6 months ahead. For bulk pricing, please contact [email protected].
