I have to start with the customer service, which was outstanding. I had to order mine on a rush. I place the order on line with ease and called the 800. The representative so helpful and I got my order in time for a very nominal fee. This was a father's day gift. I finally got him something he wants. The box, the chopsticks and engraving were all high quality. He will cherish this gift for a long time and it didn't cost an arm and a leg.

I was very happy with the customer service via telephone when I was asking about my shipment. The gentleman I spoke to was also professional and courteous. I even had too many characters for one of the engravings and they managed to fit it anyway! One concern I did have was the picture of the chopsticks box with the chopsticks. I was in a hurry and didn't read the fine print and thought I was ordering the chopsticks with box included. My error! Anyway, I would recommend a picture of just the chopsticks without box, and a separate picture of the box underneath if people would like to buy that in conjunction to their order. Otherwise, it was a great experience, and I would definitely use HansonEllis again! Thanks.

I ordered 3 pairs of these chopsticks as Christmas gifts. They came out beautiful. I can't wait until Christmas to have them opened. They will definitely be a hit. They, and the boxes, are good quality and the engraving is very legible. I definitely recommend this for your loved ones who enjoy eating with chopsticks.
