A System of Wellness

In today’s tech savy generation, we are obsessed with boosting productivity in all aspects of our lives, making us constantly looking for ways to improve and often do not leave room and time for self reflection before we jump into new habits and systems.  There seems to be a system of productivity for every industry. From personal to work, we can get overwhelmed with all these systems to make us better and more productive. Overtime, we would probably get all these systems meshed together and their efficiencies will be deflated.

In order to boost productivity, it really does start with our own personal eagerness to get things done.  We should focus on developing our inner core instead of outside forces that can change constantly, thus requiring us to shift from systems to systems.  Begin focusing on increasing productivity within your innner core by developing a PATH mindset. This PATH mindset is quite simple and can be expanded on later once you consistently do it.  It can be used universally in any industry and requires just “You” being present and always showing up. The PATH mindset is simply surrounding yourself with “Positive People” who will lift you up and give you increased enegry. Have an “Attitude” of positivity and humbleness, which will foster positive “Thoughts”, which will lead to “Happiness”.  If you are not happy at the end of what you set out to achieve, the best systems and productivity tool will not make your life any better than it was before. It will only make you busier.
