Thank you for the fabulous service I received when I called to check on the availability of a wedding favor. The customer service person I talked to was very pleasant and upbeat. When I asked if I could order a single favor to make sure it fit my wedding theme she didn’t skip a beat. She asked me what I wanted to order, took my payment information and assured me it would arrive in 3 days. She was very pleasant and I was able to understand her.
Most people I have contact with on the phone talk like they have marbles in their mouth. I’m very pleased with the service I received and the favor was very nice. Not cheap and flimsy. I will place an order in the spring. I highly recommend this company.

We got married in Spain in 2003 and ordered several porcelain cups and saucers from your company. The wedding was celebrated in Toledo where different cultures lived in peace for centuries. We thought that “Tolerance ” was a good wedding theme thus to share a cup of tea with our guest was a good idea.

They arrived in perfect shape and also the boxes and laces that we had ordered. The presentation was great and everybody was surprised. In the end to shop at your place from overseas was a good choice and we keep on doing it for our anniversary keepsakes!! Thanks a lot and keep on working like that!

We were having a bridal shower for my future daughter in law. Their honeymoon is to be Cancun Mexico. My daughters thought it would be nice to give them a fiesta theme bridal shower. The cake is to be a large sheet with a beach scene. We needed two Adirondack chair to be placed on the cake. The icing was to be partly sandy colored and blue color for the ocean. There is to be foot prints leading to the “blue” ocean. In the sandy (icing) there is to be a double heart shaped drawing with “Anna & Mike” printed in the hearts.

We need the personalized ribbons in red to be tied around the cactus shaped candles, which is going to be given as the shower favor.

The chairs and ribbons are perfect for this occasion; and we were able to order the quantity that was needed.
