I mean we are a wedding favor company so you\u00a0knew this was coming eventually right? In all seriousness we have 12+ years in\u00a0the industry so it would be selfish if we\u00a0didn&#8217;t\u00a0share our knowledge of wedding\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small;\">favors with you. So without further ado, let\u2019s talk favors.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/hansonellis.com\/images\/blog-favors-olive-oil.jpg\" width=\"295\" height=\"384\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small;\">Many brides like to cut corners on favors and save money,\u00a0but would you want the only thing your guests take home to be a cheap or boring\u00a0wedding favor? I wouldn\u2019t. That is why I recommend buying favors from a\u00a0reputable vendor who has been doing it for many years.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/hansonellis.com\/images\/blog-favors-jute-bags.jpg\" width=\"399\" height=\"349\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small;\">I know your thinking \u201cmy budget is so small so I am just\u00a0going to make favors on my own. Pinterest has great ideas anyways.\u201d I have heard\u00a0this a hundred times. The problem with DIY favors is that you have to\u00a0do-it-yourself. Brides are busy enough putting together the guest list, picking\u00a0out a dress, and taking care of all the other hundred things that need to be\u00a0done before their big day. It\u2019s just not a realistic task unless your wedding is\u00a0years away.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/hansonellis.com\/images\/blog-favors-fail-good.jpg\" width=\"379\" height=\"460\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/hansonellis.com\/images\/blog-favors-fail-bad.jpg\" width=\"381\" height=\"251\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small;\">Not only would you have to spend time making the favors you\u00a0need to have that creative touch. If you are like me and don\u2019t have that type of\u00a0creativity then don\u2019t\u2019 think you can pull it off. I could look up an idea for\u00a0something I like on Pinterest, but actually making it? Now that\u2019s crazy talk. It\u00a0won\u2019t look anything close to what is online and the pictures above are the perfect example. And imagine the stress that comes\u00a0with DIY wedding favors that turn out looking sub-par\u2026.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/hansonellis.com\/images\/blog-favors-hertal-tea.jpg\" width=\"400\" height=\"399\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small;\">Finally, there is a common misconception that if you buy\u00a0favors they will be more expensive, but this is just not true. The tea favors\u00a0shown above are only $1.19 each! You would probably spend that much on all the\u00a0materials to make your own.\u00a0 This is why I recommend buying favors. Let the\u00a0experts take care of you and focus your energy on things that no one else can do\u00a0for you.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small;\">Agree or disagree with me?
