I would like to take a moment and thank you for the wonderful work your company did on the wedding bells that I ordered.
Just today, I received the bells that I ordered online. When I first placed the order, I have to say I was hesitant. I previously ordered some wedding bells from The Knot and was very unhappy. I ordered the bells from them because of their reputation but when I received the bells, the coloring was chipping. So I had to return them.
After doing a search on the web, I came across your website and saw even prettier ones for a reasonable, lower price than the previous company, so I placed my order hoping the same thing wouldn't happen to me again.
Like I said, today, I received the bells and they are so beautiful that I woke up my sister to show her! I will definitely order again from HansonEllis.com. I was lucky the second time around.

I had gone to the bridal show in Ontario, California and saw your booth with all kinds of favors. I don't know who it was there but the young lady and young man were very pleasant. I looked up the information on the internet and found that your prices were very reasonable. This is very important to me since I am paying for my own wedding. Every penny counts! I placed my order and waited anxiously for my product. I had come home one day to find a letter signed by Tracy herself and it wasn't a "stamp" like you get from other companies. I know I didn't spend that much but it made me feel important that I had gotten a letter from her and not something that was just computer generated. I was sure to mention this to all my friends. I had received my order very quickly. Now all I have to do is wait until September to do the fun part and that is putting it all together for presentation. Thank you again.
