Non-personalized/custom products can be exchanged or returned within 30 days without a restocking fee. We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or it is not 100% free from defects, you may return or exchange the merchandise in it's original packaging. Understandably, special orders, perishable products including soaps, candles, candy, tea & coffee bags, etc., personalized items, and products that are made to order (engraved, printed, embossed, embroidered, hot stamped, etched) by HansonEllis.com can not be exchanged or refunded. Please review your invoice for accuracy and notify us within 24 hours if necessary changes are needed. Additional fees may apply to custom/personalized orders if changes are made after your purchase. Exchange
If you wish to exchange your merchandise, please call our sales department and request a RMA# before returning the package. Please keep the merchandise in it's original package and pack properly to prevent damage. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. We will charge you a minimum of $5.95 to ship you the new merchandise after we receive the returned merchandise to our warehouse. If the amount of the new merchandise is higher, we will charge the difference to your credit card. If the new merchandise is lower, we will credit you the difference. For customer's protection, insure the package against damage/lost. HansonEllis.com will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages returned by the customers.

Refund
If you wish to receive a refund for the merchandise you purchased, the subtotal amount will only be refunded to your credit card. Shipping cost will not be refunded. Customer is responsible to pack the merchandise properly and ship it back in it's original packaging. Please call our sales department and request a RMA# before returning the package. Refunds will not be process if you do not have a RMA#. For customer's protection, insure the package against damage/lost. HansonEllis.com will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages returned by the customers.

You understand and expressly agree that use of HansonEllis.com directory is subject for site review. You understand that there is no guarantee your site will be added to HansonEllis.com directory. HansonEllis.com reserves the right to edit and place site as appropriate. If your link exchange with HansonEllis, your site must be up 24 hours a day, seven days a week. No parts of your website can be under-construction and hansonellis.com link must work.

Advertisers Agreement
You understand and expressly agree that use of HansonEllis.com Advertising Program is your sole risk. We will not guarantee your site's nature through our advertising program. In addition, the number of impressions and click through will not guarantee your site's success. Once we begin your advertisement, HansonEllis.com will not refund your money and will not hold any responsibility of your site for any reason. You must agree to these terms and conditions to participate in our advertising program. Do not sign up for our advertising program if you do not understand our agreement and follow these guidelines. We shall have the right at any time to change or modify terms and conditions of service or to impose new terms and conditions. The Advertisers agrees to review the terms and conditions periodically. 

Affiliates/Resellers/Independent Contractors/Employees Agreement
This Agreement sets our terms and conditions which apply to HansonEllis.com and any product or service offered by HansonEllis.com. We shall have the right at any time to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of our service. In addition, we have the right at any time to change or modify terms and conditions of service or to impose new terms and conditions. He/she must give his/her own information and not of another person. The information must be accurate, complete and updated as to his or her name and e-mail address. These terms & condition applies to all content on HansonEllis.com, including help pages, all product pages, information pages, and program pages. 

Personal Information
HansonEllis.com does not collect personal information about individuals, unless provided by the individuals. We may collect demographic information (such as age, gender, and marital status), but that is optional information that the individual may choose to give. Any personal information collected by HansonEllis.com has the choice to receive e-mails information about new offers, promotion, website updates, and special products/services from advertisers. We only offer these promotions on an opt-in basis, and no unsolicited e-mail will ever originate from our site. Children 13 and under are ineligible to use HansonEllis Toolbar
If you are thirteen years old or younger, you are prohibited from downloading or using the toolbar service. By using the service, you warrant to HansonElils that you are above the age of thirteen.

I understand HansonEllis will not be responsible for any problems that may arise from downloading and installing the toolbar. HansonEllis is not liable for any damages you or anybody who may suffer. Without limiting the foregoing, our toolbar and service is provided to you without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. Upgrades in our toolbar may collect and store information about the webpage you view and the data you enter. HansonEllis aggregates and analyzes the information it collects to improve its service. If you download and use this software, you will be bound by the terms of this agreement, including privacy policy. All terms apply both to the toolbar service as well as to the website(s), where applicable. To use the Service, you must provide all your own equipment to establish a connection to the Internet and provide for your own access. If you purchased a product or service reviewed by another user of the service or otherwise as a result of using the service or any review, and a dispute arises between you and the seller, you release HansonEllis and its affiliates, and any of its or their officers, directors, licensors, employees or representatives, from any claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, know and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

Changes To This Agreement
HansonEllis may change any of the terms and conditions contained in this agreement, including the privacy policy and other policies and guildlines governing the service, at any time in its sole discretion. You agree that your continued use of the service following any changes to this agreement and after the changes take effect will constitue your acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree to future changes to this agreement, do not continue to use the service after the effective date of such changes and uninstall all HansonEllis software.

Disclaimer
HansonEllis, LLC is not responsible for any defects or damages of any products if it cause any physical injury or health problems. We do our best to inspect all our products for safety. If we find any products that don't meet our safety guidelines, it will be immediately removed. We take the safety of our customer very seriously and will do our best to offer products that are safe. In addition, HansonEllis, LLC is not responsible how the customers may use the items. Use of any item without following safety guidelines will cause injury; especially flammable items, electronic units, glasses, and any metal products. Many other products can cause injury if customers don't take caution. HansonEllis, LLC is not responsible for any damages during shipment from UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, or any shipping company. Unfortunately, some packages may contain damaged products that cause injury. Such items may include glass, mirrors, wood, and plastic that can be break during the delivery. Therefore, it is the customers responsibility to be aware of these situations when receiving the merchandise. If you agree to purchase with HansonEllis, LLC, then you agree to all the HansonEllis, LLC terms and conditions. HansonEllis, LLC will hold no responsibility if customers are injured in any way. HansonEllis.com products may slightly change in style due to manufactures/suppliers new arrivals. Therefore, images may not exactly resembled products. Prices are subject to change without notice. HansonEllis.com does not guarantee any product or service offered by a third-party services; therefore, each person should use his or her best judgment. If product(s) arrived to customer(s) damaged, we will replace product(s) within 30 days. No product(s) will be replaced if customer used it (wear and tear), found damaged by customer(s), and after 30 days. If HansonEllis decides to replace the product(s) for another identical or similar product(s) before or after the 30 days due to damages, the replacement product(s) will not qualify for any refund, credit, or exchange. In no event will HansonEllis.com be liable for any damages arising out of downloading of software own or operated by any third-party in connection with this service. HansonElils toolbar service is provided �AS IS� and any expressed or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed. In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way out of the use of this service, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.

Arbitration
You and HansonEllis agree any and all disputes and claims relating in any way to this Agreement (including the arbitrability of any claim or dispute and the enforceability of this paragraph), shall be submitted to and resolved by means of confidential arbitration conducted in the State of California, Los Angeles County. The arbitration shall be conducted under the then prevailing Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA"). You and HansonEllis may litigate in court only to compel arbitration under this Agreement or to confirm, modify, vacate or enter judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrators. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. This Agreement will not be governed by the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, the application of which is hereby excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other current or former user of the Service, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise. However, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate HansonEllis intellectual property rights, HansonEllis may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the State of California, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
