What is our 30 day Guarantee?
We stand behind the quality of our products. Non-personalized and/or non-custom products can be exchanged or returned within 30 days without a restocking fee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or it is not 100% free from defects, you may return or exchange the merchandise in it's original condition and packaging. HansonEllis will also pay for the return shipping. We believe in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for domestic return shipping. Understandably, special orders, perishable products including candy, food, tea & coffee bags, etc., personalized items, and products that are made to order (engraved, printed, embossed, embroidered, hot stamped, sand etched) by HansonEllis.com can not be exchanged or refunded. Please review your invoice for accuracy and notify us within 24 hours if necessary changes are needed for custom or personalized products. Additional fees may apply to custom/personalized orders if changes are made after your purchase.
Refund & Exchange
If you wish to receive a refund for your purchase, you can return your order to our warehouse for a refund. If you wish to exchange your products for something else on our website, we will charge or credit you the difference based on the new purchased amount. If you have any questions, just contact our customer service department and let them know how we can further assist you. Call 1.800.793.3924 or 1.310.878.9429 to receive a RMA# (Return Material Authorization) from our sales representative for a refund or exchange. Please keep the merchandise in it's original package and pack properly to prevent damage.
- Return shipping is FREE only for domestic orders (U.S. states). We will send you a return shipping label. Just drop it off to your designated shipping location.
- Products can be return or exchange within 30 days from the receiving date.
- Products must be in the condition you received them and in original box and/or packaging.

We shall have the right at any time to change or modify terms and conditions of service or to impose new terms and conditions. The Advertisers agrees to review the terms and conditions periodically.

We shall have the right at any time to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of our service. In addition, we have the right at any time to change or modify terms and conditions of service or to impose new terms and conditions. These terms & condition applies to all content on HansonEllis.com, including help pages, all product pages, information pages, and program pages.
HansonEllis.com does not collect personal information about individuals, unless provided by the individuals. Changes To This Agreement
HansonEllis, LLC is not responsible for any defects or damages of any products if it cause any physical injury or health problems. We do our best to inspect all our products for safety. If we find any products that don't meet our safety guidelines, it will be immediately removed. We take the safety of our customer very seriously and will do our best to offer products that are safe. In addition, HansonEllis, LLC is not responsible how the customers may use the items. Use of any item without following safety guidelines will cause injury; especially flammable items, electronic units, glasses, and any metal products. Many other products can cause injury if customers don't take caution. HansonEllis, LLC is not responsible for any damages during shipment from UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, or any shipping company. Unfortunately, some packages may contain damaged products that cause injury. Such items may include glass, mirrors, wood, and plastic that can be break during the delivery. Therefore, it is the customers responsibility to be aware of these situations when receiving the merchandise. If you agree to purchase with HansonEllis, LLC, then you agree to all the HansonEllis, LLC terms and conditions. HansonEllis, LLC will hold no responsibility if customers are injured in any way. HansonEllis.com products may slightly change in style due to manufactures/suppliers new arrivals. Therefore, images may not exactly resembled products. Prices are subject to change without notice. HansonEllis.com does not guarantee any product or service offered by a third-party services; therefore, each person should use his or her best judgment. If product(s) arrived to customer(s) damaged, we will replace product(s) within 30 days. No product(s) will be replaced if customer used it (wear and tear), found damaged by customer(s), and after 30 days. If HansonEllis decides to replace the product(s) for another identical or similar product(s) before or after the 30 days due to damages, the replacement product(s) will not qualify for any refund, credit, or exchange. In no event will HansonEllis.com be liable for any damages arising out of downloading of software own or operated by any third-party in connection with this service. HansonElils toolbar service is provided "AS IS" and any expressed or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed. In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way out of the use of this service, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.
You and HansonEllis agree any and all disputes and claims relating in any way to this Agreement (including the arbitrability of any claim or dispute and the enforceability of this paragraph), shall be submitted to and resolved by means of confidential arbitration conducted in the State of California, Los Angeles County. The arbitration shall be conducted under the then prevailing Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA"). You and HansonEllis may litigate in court only to compel arbitration under this Agreement or to confirm, modify, vacate or enter judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrators. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. This Agreement will not be governed by the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, the application of which is hereby excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other current or former user of the Service, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise. However, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate HansonEllis intellectual property rights, HansonEllis may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the State of California, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
