The product I ordered looked even better than I had hoped. It was a gift for my anniversary, and my husband loved it and was so impressed with the work. The company is wonderful as well. The chopsticks are good quality and the engraving is beautiful. The only complaint is that I never got any sort of confirmation of order or tracking information. Otherwise, very nice and arrived on time.

I would like to say I am so pleased with my experience with HansonEllis. I ordered a set of engraved chopsticks as an anniversary present for my boyfriend. A few days after placing the order, I realized that I had spelled something wrong, and I called customer service to see if they could help me. Not only was the lady able to find my order and fix my mistake since it hadn't been to production yet, but she was so pleasant and was finished the whole ting in a manner of minutes; and I even got a follow-up email confirming the revision. When I received the chopsticks, they looked exactly as advertised, the lettering was perfect, evenly centered, and exactly what I wanted. I have to start with the customer service, which was outstanding. I had to order mine on a rush. I place the order on line with ease and called the 800. The representative so helpful and I got my order in time for a very nominal fee. This was a father's day gift. I finally got him something he wants. The box, the chopsticks and engraving were all high quality. He will cherish this gift for a long time and it didn't cost an arm and a leg.

I was very happy with the customer service via telephone when I was asking about my shipment. The gentleman I spoke to was also professional and courteous. I even had too many characters for one of the engravings and they managed to fit it anyway! One concern I did have was the picture of the chopsticks box with the chopsticks. I was in a hurry and didn't read the fine print and thought I was ordering the chopsticks with box included. My error! Anyway, I would recommend a picture of just the chopsticks without box, and a separate picture of the box underneath if people would like to buy that in conjunction to their order. Otherwise, it was a great experience, and I would definitely use HansonEllis again! Thanks.
